Reporting damaged or defective items. If your order was received damaged or defective, you can request a FULL refund on your bill or we can send you a replacement at NO CHARGE. Please note that if you are requesting a replacement of your damaged item, no refund on shipping will be issued.
To report a damage, please send an email to orders@critterbox.com with the following information:
1. Your order number indicated on your online sales email receipt.
2. Pictures as proof of damages.
